When I first saw my apartment, as a prospective renter, it was on an overcast day. After living here a few days the sun came out and I saw that management had thrown in Mt. Rainier at no additional charge.
This is the view from my desk. Having this view brightens my outlook about sitting down to do schoolwork after a long day.
I like this vaugely corny mixed metaphor
